How to Get Ready for a Junk Removal Pickup

A little prep makes a junk removal job faster, and a faster job usually means a lower price. None of this is complicated. Here is what actually helps.

Take photos and text them first. The quickest way to a price with us is to text a picture of your pile to (602) 877-5500. A clear photo, or a couple from different angles, lets us quote you before we ever roll up, so there are no surprises on either side.

Separate what stays from what goes. The most common slow-down is a crew stopping to double-check whether something is really trash. Pull the keepers out, or put a piece of tape on anything you want left alone. If it is all going, even easier.

Clear a path. You do not need to drag heavy things to the curb, that is our job, but an open route from the items to the door speeds everything up. Move the small stuff out of the walkway so nobody is stepping over boxes with a dresser in hand.

Set aside anything hazardous. We cannot take liquid paint, chemicals, or hazardous waste, so keep those out of the pile. If you are not sure about something, ask when you text us.

Sort out access ahead of time. If you are in a gated community around Anthem or Scottsdale, or a condo with a shared elevator, let us know. Knowing about a gate code, a narrow driveway, or a parking rule before the day saves everyone time.
